What do CDL drivers need to know about CBD oil? In short, there are no guarantees that your CBD oil will not show up on a drug screen.  If there is even a trace of THC in the oil, it will likely show up.  The FDA does not regulate labeling, so it doesn't matter what the label says.  If you use CBD oil, you are at risk.
